Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. If you want to cancel your contract and there is less than 14 Days until the day of your event, you will be responsible to pay the total contract price, which will be billed to the credit card you have authorized us to charge on this contract. If there is more than 14 days until your event you can cancel and pay only the 25% non-refundable deposit. Cancellations must be done via certified letter to A1 Limousine. The day you book the limo does not matter meaning, if you book the limo with only 7 days until your event there is no cancellations, without being billed the total contract price. All deposits are non-refundable. A1 Limousine may at its discretion offer a credit for use at another time, if an emergency arises on the part of the customer.
1. No one under age 21 is permitted to consume alcohol. Violation will result in early termination of service-no refunds.
2. No smoking in the vehicles. Violation will result in a $100 fine per incident. No exceptions. 3. There will be a $150 cleaning surcharge for vomit incidents. 4. All tolls and parking fees are in addition to the contract price and must be paid separately.
5. There will be a $10 charge per broken or missing glasses.
6. There will be a $100 surcharge for excessive cleaning at the discretion of the company.
7. Persons who are unruly or disruptive or conduct illegal activities will be removed from the vehicles at the discretion of the driver and no refunds will be issued.
8. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen property.
9. No illegal drug usage. Violation will result in early termination with no refunds.
10. Overtime will be billed in 1 hour increments. By agreeing to service with A1 Luxury Limousines the customer is agreeing to pay for overtime accrued. Hourly rate is determined by the total contract price divided by the number of guaranteed hours.
11. Customer agrees that replacement Limousine may be substituted in the event of any major mechanical issues, limo involved in an accident, etc.
12. All entertainment including but not limited to CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes and more is to be provided by the client. No guarantee on the color of the limousine though we do our best to accommodate requests. Due to the nature of our business, we do not guarantee all TV's, lighting, and equipment will operate at the time of rental. Rarely, in order to make sure your guaranteed service request can be met, we request subcontractors to complete the booking. A1 Luxury Limousine will assume no liability for any problems that may occur inside or outside of the subcontracted limousine.
13. A1 Limousine will attempt to provide club passes, guest list entry and other promotions as a Courtesy only. In no way will A1Limousine be responsible for any denied entrance to the various clubs. We have established relationships with many clubs and attempt to offer added value to our clients, however we do not control the clubs, and there decisions. This is a free service and has no bearing on the contract price.
